Use of College Toilets
The St John Bosco College Toilets will automatically be open and available if Bosco Rugby League are hosting games on a Sunday.
If there is no Rugby League being played and access to the toilets is required a toilet key marked “T” is attached to the container key. Users will need to take the key, unlock the access gate to the college and then unlock the doors to the toilets. Once they have used the facilities they are to lock both the toilets and the gate on the way out before returning the key to Ground Control.
Under NO Circumstances should anyone be allowed to wander the college.
Ground Control and the Committee person on duty are to ensure the toilets and access gate are both locked as part of their pack up procedure.

BOYSTOWN GROUND CONTROL - SETUP
1
Pick up the Boystown Ground Control box from the Woronora Heights Oval Committee Room.
2
This box contains match sheets for the games, injury report sheets, a whistle, red & yellow cards, pens & most importantly KEYS for the container at Boystown and a checklist with some helpful information.
3
Upon arrival at Boystown there are 3 green shipping containers at the north eastern end of the ground next to the small car park, on the corner of Bullecourt Road and Banksia Avenue. Our equipment is in the left hand container (when facing them from the field) which will be locked by padlock.
4
Unlock the right hand door of the container & place the padlock and key inside the ground control box so you don’t lose them.
5
Nets will be in individual baskets. There is a red box with a hammer, stakes (for securing the nets) and, also inside the container, is a step ladder.
6
Put up the nets, corner and half way flags.
7
Walk the field checking for and removing any glass or debris.
8
Take the small table provided up to a point near the half way line on the Banksia Rd side of the ground. Place the ground control box including match sheets on the table provided. Leave the match sheets in the box so they don’t blow away. Have two people put on the orange ground control vests and ensure that somebody wears the yellow Team Official’s vest.

BOYSTOWN GROUND CONTROL - PUT AWAY
1
Pull down the nets, corner and half way posts. Nets are to be placed in their respective baskets. The corner posts, table, ladder and all other equipment is to be put back in the container.
2
Ensure the container is closed and locked with the padlock.
3
Make sure the field and surrounding area is left neat & tidy.
4
Check all match sheets are signed & if there are any injury reports those are completed correctly. Check all items are back in the Ground Control Box using the check list provided.
5
Ensure if toilets used both toilets and access gate are secured.
6
Bring the ground control box with match sheets and all other contents back to Woronora Heights Oval no later than 5:00pm.

Please remember that if there are no referees and you are on ground control you have to supply a referee.
