📅 Dates: March 11th to April 22nd (7 weeks)

📍 Location: Woronora Heights Oval

🕔 Time:

• Intermediate Session: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

• Advanced Session: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Intermediate Training Session (5-6 pm):

• Target Age Group: Under 10s to Under 12s

• Focus: Passion enhancement, fundamental skill improvement

• Structure:

• Basic fundamentals training

• Game play experience at each session

• Progression: Outstanding performers may access the advanced session.

Advanced Training Session (6-7 pm):

• Age Group: Older and advanced players 12-16YO

• Focus: Increased intensity, challenging exercises, advanced skill work

• Structure:

• Similar to intermediate program with added intensity

• Harder challenges for both exercises and individual skill development

Registration and Details:

• Training sessions will commence on March 11th and conclude on April 22nd.

• Sessions are intended to continue throughout the year.

• Registration requires a commitment for the 7-week term.

Note: The intermediate session serves as a gateway for talented players to join the advanced session based on their performance.
